I worked in both the UX Research and UX Writing Team. I underwent quantitative and qualitative user testing, desktop research, and competitor analyses. Our research insights were then communicated to the Product Design Team with preliminary wireframes. For the UX Writing Team, I wrote strings for applications and websites. As an intern, I completed my own interactive research writing piece consisting of a literature review, desktop research, an interactive quiz, and four full-length reports - a solution to parental engagement on the Singapore website.
